We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will accept your return/ exchange of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Shipping
SanctuaryClothing.com ships all orders as quickly as possible using FedEx or US Postal Service. Kindly note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, kindly contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time.
Shipping Deadlines: Orders received before 12 pm PST Monday to Friday will begin processing that day, orders placed after 12 pm PST, on the weekend, or on observed holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Timeline: FedEx 2-Day will be delivered 2 business days after it has been received from our warehouse. Ground options will be delivered within 10 business days of pickup.
Returns
To initiate a return, visit our Return Center.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Swim: We’re unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

This is my first order with Sanctuary and the customer service is really good. My issue with the mask is that they are smaller than I anticipated. They sit right on my lips with no room even when stretched all the way out. It makes them hard to breath in. I bought the 5 pack for myself and my sister to split and she is having the same issue. Very stylish and they serve the purpose of covering your mouth and nose. Wouldn't buy again, but satisfied with the purchase.

Just what you would expect from Sanctuary. Comfy, well-made, light-weight, EFFECTIVE! Total pleasure to wear, after all the homemade debacles we've been using lately. I just put another order in for the organic ones, which are machine washable and that will likely be a better fit for us. LOVE the nose closure! And also love your company is giving back with every purchase.
